Registration

Equity Academy

The training is a 4-week course designed to be completed asynchronously. Each week requires approximately 2-3 hours of time to review, explore, and engage short videos, learning activities, and readings related to the weekly topics. Additionally, participants are required to engage in 1-hour facilitated dialogue twice (2x) a week to ensure the level of social support and interaction that produce a rich learning environment.

Upon the completion of Level-1, participants can enroll in training at Level-2: Developing an Equity-Mindset and Strategic Capacity as well as progress to training at Level-3: The Equity Practitioner.
