Group Registration
Equity Summit encourages groups of ten (or more) people to form a group and earn $100 off current individual, non-student or SMCCCD registration rates. Groups that have establised a group rate are listed at the bottom of the page. Form your group and submit your application before registering. If you register at an individual registration rate, per our policies, Equity Summit will not adjust to the group discount rate or process a refund for the difference.

For institutions that have district campuses, we highly recommend that you reach out to colleagues within your institution to see if a group discount application has already been submitted or if one is being organized.

Important Dates:
July 27, 2020 - final day to submit group application to take advantage of Early Bird rates
August 4, 2020 - final day to register with Early Bird rates
September 16, 2020 - final day to submit a group application for Equity Summit 2020
To receive your group discount link, follow these steps:
- Gather ten people and designate one to be the Group Organizer.
- The Group Organizer should use the button below to submit the application. It requires names and email addresses of at least ten people from the organization.
- Allow 5 business days for an Equity Summit staff member to verify and process the application.
- Equity Summit staff will email instructions and a unique registration link (with the group rate embedded) to the Group Organizer and all people listed on the application. The group registration link must be used to receive the group discount.
